Return & Cancellation

Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item’s applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to this returns policy.
The return policy is divided into three parts; Do read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accept.

Part 1 – Category, Return Window and Actions possible

Category Returns Window, Actions Possible and Conditions (if any)

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 7 days of delivery*. *This does not apply to All Thunders/Cylinders, Snow Spray, Mini Thunder products.

All thunders including Mini Thunder, 2kg, 4kg, 6kg, Kungfu, Double, Triple, Super Jet and Snow Spray products are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Part 2 – Returns Pick-Up and Processing
In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:



Correct Product

Name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible

Complete Product

All in-the-box accessories (like starter kits, instruction manuals, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.

Unused Product

The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).

Undamaged Product

The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.

Undamaged Packaging

The product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met. For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.
Part 3 – General Rules for a successful Return
  • In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
  • In cases where a product accessory is found missing/damaged/defective, the seller may either process a replacement of the particular accessory or issue an eGV for an amount equivalent to the price of the accessory, at the seller’s discretion.
  • During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund .Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects.

Return pick-up is available for eligible pick-up addresses and items, provided there are no shipping restrictions. In case pick-up is not available, Self-Ship option will be automatically selected. A refund will be issued to your original payment method, in accordance with refund policy, once we receive the item(s)

Return FAQ

    • What can I return?

You may request returns for most items you buy from the sellers listed on However, you can only return items explicitly identified as “returnable” on the product detail page and/or our policy and within the ‘return window’ period to know which categories are “non-returnable” and the specific return windows for categories eligible for return.

Items are returnable if you’ve received them in a condition that is

      • Physically damaged
      • Has missing parts or accessories
      • Defective
      • Different from its description on the product detail page on
  • How to return items?
    • Go to Your Orders. (ensure you have signed in before)
    • Choose an item that you want to return or replace.
    • Select a reason from menu and continue.

    For seller-fulfilled orders, you need to contact the seller to initiate returns. To do so –

      • Choose an item that you want to return or replace.
      • Select the appropriate option and start the conversation.


    Note: The above process is applicable only if the product is returnable and the return window is still active.

What are the return guidelines?

Following are the return guidelines:

      • Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.
      • If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given. For more details, please see our Return Pick up and Self Ship Guidelines.
      • Once the return is received, you will, in accordance with Refund Policy, be issued a refund to your original payment method.

For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed either to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)) or UPI.
